What does the scanner check?
The scanner looks at your site the way a user would: is there a visible disclosure that the chatbot or assistant is AI, at or before the first interaction? It returns an instant verdict with what it found.

Who needs an AI interaction disclosure?
Any provider of an AI system that interacts directly with people — a support chatbot, an AI assistant, a conversational feature inside a product — unless the AI nature is obvious to a reasonably informed person. The duty applies to systems placed on the EU market or whose output is used in the EU, wherever the provider sits.
