Reporting copyright infringement
If you believe material located on or accessible through the Shieldra services infringes a copyright you own or control, you may submit a notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c) by providing our designated copyright agent with the following in writing:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with information sufficient for us to locate it — URLs are helpful
- Information sufficient for us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

If you believe material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with our agent containing the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).
