Reporting copyright infringement

If you believe material located on or accessible through the Shieldra services infringes a copyright you own or control, you may submit a notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c) by providing our designated copyright agent with the following in writing:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with information sufficient for us to locate it — URLs are helpful
• Information sufficient for us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-notice and repeat infringers

If you believe material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with our agent containing the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).
